His lawyers called a few reporters who said Libby hadn't leaked Plame's name to THEM, and a Cheney staffer who talked about how busy Libby was with dangerous affairs of state. (Fitzgerald destroyed the guy with a single question.) They concede he made false statements to the grand jury, skipped the memory defense, skipped the "they wanted to protect Rove" defense, and neither Libby nor Cheney testified.
