Fake: The matches are scripted. The wrestlers go into the match with a time limit and a victor and certain moves to perform during and how to end it. The blood part: Blood is caused not by impact. but caused by blading, a wrestlier takes a small blade and makes a tiny cut. They take asprin to thin the blood to make it look like more. And the punches of course
