Description: We filmed this video where we suspected the top pallet load was unstable. We cleared the whole area and let the forklift operator do his job. As it turned out, the load was broken in several places. Had we unloaded from the top, the breakage risk was very high. Average pallet weight: 900#

We thought it would be an excellent opportunity to record what would happen when you made the WRONG choice not the correct choice. tuxtehcrusher ::: Favorites We used to get pallets staked like this all the time where I used to work. You have to approach the pallets at an angle, so one fork is closer to the pallet. Insert this fork the half of the pallet that is higher.tilt the mast forward. The forks will then tip forward. The one that is already in the pallet wont do much, while the other one tips down.
