I use the sequence of - PUNCH PUNCH BREAK, PUNCH BREAK - repeatedly until I score the guard crush. Once you crush, throw a Side-Kick with the enemy's back to the wall and then cancel and repeat with the forward evade - they just cant do anything about it!
