The people who are killing our "troops" just happen to be Islamic. They also happen to have a close relationship to their beliefs and have allowed their beliefs to guide their social movement theory. jaaproos ::: Favorites I mean that there is a clash, although I do not know where the roots are from I know for sure that politicians on either side have had a negative role in it. But the difference between the democratic ideology and islam is there. KingTonezz ::: Favorites I agree that in terms of extremism the Islamic religion seems to have a lot of extremists attributed to it. In saying that I believe we need to allow them to live their lives as they see fit and leave their land and oil alone. Don't forget there are a lot of moderate Muslims who slip right in to the West unnoticed because they do adapt but they do not get the coverage. If human rights were truly an issue for us we would've done something about Saudi Arabia and Israel a long time ago. On top of that it does not explain the problems with integration of large groups of muslims in the West nor does it explain the lack of democracy and human rights in those countries. When America first arrived in the ME they were loved.
