So the criteria for delusional people is that one party makes a claim the other doesn't? Are you going to show how my belief is delusional as opposed to yours or not?

Because you believe there are voices in your head. We typically medicate people for that.

Okay. I understand that. But who says I'm under a delusion? If someone were to make that statement, then by necessity that person has got to be outside the delusion himself to recognize it. So now it gets down to this. Why is my belief in God a delusion and why is your belief in no God not a delusion?

It was an analogy Proto...I wasn't saying you are insane. I'm saying just because other people are under the same delusion, that doesn't make your delusion true.

Ha! And it's up to you to show how you are sane and I am not. If that's what your argument boils down to, I.E. "You're just suffering from mental problems.", then I'll say the same thing when you give an argument that I can't refute. It gets pretty simply that way. Anyway, whether or not you accept the Bible as fact isn't entirely relevant in this case. I was just answering your question and giving you a reference to where I got my answer.

lol...poor poor prototype...just because the other inmates are crazy too, that doesn't make you sane. And there is nothing in the Bible that I accept as fact unless it's verified somewhere else. But to answer you, I've read the entire Bible so, yes.

1. Other people make the same claim I do, therefore you cannot make the absolute statement that my claim is soley an internal result of a psychological problem. 2. Once again, because people are EVIL. E-V-I-L. It has nothing to do with necessity. They supress the truth so that they can believe in a different God without doing what they know is right. You must never have read Romans 1.

1-if you "hear" it in any way that you do...and no one else does...it's in your head. 2-yes, your argument is still empty. If you know about a god, why wouldn't you believe in it? Why would you instead want to worship one that you DON'T know vs the one that you do?

1. Who said I heard God's voice in my head? Who said I said anything definite on how God communicates to me? God spoke to my mind, and now more clearer than anything anyone else says. I would call this psychological help under dispute unless you can show that God doesn't speak to me. 2. People don't invent other Gods because they NEED them. They don't want to worship the one they knew. So since people don't do it out of necessity, is my argument empty now?

if you are really trying to compare something you can visibly measure...the comments on this screen...with the voice in your head, then you DO need psych help. Your "people are evil so they worship other gods" argument is completely empty. If they had knowledge of a god, why would they need to invent a new one?
